         <description><![CDATA[Have you ever hated a game but have continued to play it dozens of times? No? Oh well...that's what Adventure Island is like for me, anyway. 

Adventure Island, a game on the NES, created by Hudson Soft and released in Japan in 1986, is a platformer where you play as "Master Higgins", some fat turd who's after his girlfriend or whatever. The story really isn't explained. The game is basically a ripoff (or adaptation) of the Sega game, Wonder Boy, which I have never played so I don't know if...]]></description>
